    • 产品描述: Fmoc-leucine 是一种选择性的PPARγ调节剂。与罗格列酮相比,Fmoc-leucine 激活PPARγ的效力较低,但最大效应相似。Fmoc-leucine 改善正常、饮食诱导的葡萄糖不耐受和糖尿病 db/db 小鼠的胰岛素敏感性。Fmoc-leucine 具有较低的诱导脂肪生成活性。
